Tour Plan

01

Day 1: Travel to Lake Mburo National Park.

After your early morning breakfast, we start our drive through the Kampala-Masaka high way. We shall have a stopover at the Uganda Equator at Kayabwe for some minutes photo shootings, have some coffee/tea, smoke a cigaratte if you do, stretch your muscles and then continue with your drive.

At this place, you will realize change in the vegetation and landscape as you cross from the flat and dry atmosphere of the Central-Buganda region to the Western-Ankole region which becomes hilly and greener.

Check into Lake Mburo National Park, you will definitely start spotting lots of Animals. Drive to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation by the swimming pool with an Ice Cold beer. If you feel you are not too tired, you can have an afternoon Safari or even keep swimming.

Day 2: Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

After our early morning breakfast, we shall continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, have a game drive as we prepare for an evening Kazinga Channel boat ride.

Day 3: Travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.

We shall have a morning game drive through the Ishasha sector for a chance of sighting on the tree climbing lions and other wildlife. Then go for our lunch at the Savannah Resort Hotel and finally continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for the following day's gorilla tracking adventure.

Day 4: Gorilla Tracking Day.

We take our morning breakfast and report to the park headquarters by 7:30 am for a brief highlights about gorilla tracking etiquette. After the brief gorilla tracking highlights at the park entrance and at the same time the starting point for gorilla tracking. We shall be penetrating through the Impenetrable Forest to look for these gentle giant gorillas under the guidance of a knowledgeable guide.

Time taken doing gorilla tracking, highly depends on how fast we shall locate a gorilla community. It can take us a few minutes or even an entire day trying to spot them. We shall then return from this thrilling but highly tiresome adventure to a relaxation.
Overnight at: Birdnest lodge on Lake Bunyonyi

Day 5: Drive back to Kampala to your Hotel or evening flight.

After the morning breakfast, we shall have a smooth canoe-ride on Lake Bunyonyi before driving back to Kampala, as we shall make a stopover for our lunch in Mbarara town and finally head back to Kampala / Entebbe Airport for your continuing journey.
